• Director of global leadership development and e-learning for Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceutical
• First-hand experience working around the globe, extensively in the U.S., Europe and Japan
• Fluency in four languages: English, German, French, and Spanish

Lawrence Polsky is a business minded learning & development specialist with ability to quickly analyze business situations and design learning scenarios and events which make a difference.

Mr. Polsky is an entrepreneur who, after a career in the financial services, healthcare, and consumer-electronics industries, launched and managed two successful businesses. Lawrence built a gourmet organic food-service business and then an OD & training business.

His experience includes:

• 15 years experience in OD & Learning, including teaching more than 3,700 professionals around the world in US, Canada, UK, Europe and Asia.
• Pioneer in the business application of Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence research based on post graduate work at the Institute of Human Development under the direction of Dr. Wilson Tilley.
• A Masters in Organization Development with NTL Institute, the nation’s leading program on experiential learning.
