This European based market leader in their mining segment was reorganizing after 150 years of success. They had grown from a mom and pop family run operation, led by a charismatic entrepreneur, to a 6,000 employee global leader. The father had retired and the son’s had taken over - it was time to move to a matrix, to service their global customer base more effectively. They asked us to assist them in rolling out these changes across the globe from Cincinnati to Kuala Lumpur.
