A successful software company, bought by Intuit, needed to get their leaders focused on performance management rather than annual reviews. They were looking for an innovative, high energy program, and not the same old boring feedback lectures and role plays. Using our standard programs, we put together two ½ day of programs. The CEO attended and told us he learned something that would enable him to have a productive feedback discussion the next day with a key leader.
