Antoine has 15+ years of experience developing award-winning programs that improve business communication and leadership within global, multi-cultural settings. Antoine has lived strategy implementation challenges and change management approaches in many shapes and forms. He has first hand experience as an entrepreneur and corporate leader in the U.S., Europe and Japan.

Most recently Antoine was the head of Global eLearning and Leadership Education at Aventis, a $20B pharmaceutical company, headquartered in France. He successfully designed and implemented best of class executive education programs in collaboration with Wharton, INSEAD and other leading institutions in the U.S. and Europe. At the same time, he led the Aventis Learning Platform, established to serve 70,000 global employees.

Earlier, Antoine co-founded a company, dedicated to creating eLearning programs primarily covering communication and leadership topics. After 10 years of steady growth, the business was sold to a major publisher. Antoine then became the EVP of consulting, product development and technology at Blessing White, a leading strategic HR consultancy, based in Princeton, New Jersey.

Antoine is originally from Switzerland and has the equivalent of a BA in Economics and a MBA from the St. Gall Graduate School of Business, Economics, Law and Public Administration (the highest rated business school in German-speaking Europe). Antoine lives with his family in Princeton, New Jersey. He is fluent in English, French, German and Spanish and has basic knowledge of a number of other languages.
