For 20 years, Audrey Sloofman has proven her outstanding ability to bring out the best in people. As a coach, trainer and consultant, Audrey has worked with thousands of professionals worldwide, generating powerful and lasting change in individuals and groups. She has coached performance at all levels from executive to individual contributors in a myriad of industries and professional challenges.

With a keen understanding of individual behavior and performance, and the impact of interpersonal savvy on business results, Audrey specializes in people skills and organizational dynamics. Ms. Sloofman is an expert in communications, interpersonal dynamics, influencing others and group dynamics. She has taught and coached groups and individuals in communication skills, management skills, leadership skills, managing generational differences, team building, change management, career development, performance management, conflict resolution, talent management and presentation skills.

Audrey’s many international clients include: Pfizer, Novartis, Pharmedica, Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NJ, Johnson & Johnson, GE Capital, and Microsoft.

As expert in generational differences, Audrey has developed programs and coached managers for companies such as Federal Express / Kinkos, Diaichhi Pharmaceuticals, Merrill Lynch and CitiGroup. As Director of Solutions Delivery for an growing international consulting firm, she successfully applied what she knows while hiring, training, managing and influencing individuals of all four generations working in many levels or the organization.

Audrey has appeared on numerous national TV and radio shows, including the Today Show and WNBC's, The Matter of Money. She is a frequent guest and advisor for Tom Floyd’s radio program, Insight on Coaching, and coaches for Linkage, Inc. at their Leadership Conferences. She has also served as a board member for the American Society for Training and Development, a member of The International Association for Counselors and Therapists, the National Association of Female Executives and the OD Network.

Ms. Sloofman is currently working on a Master in Science Organization Development at Pepperdine University. Her bachelor’s degree is in Communications and she is a certified Gestalt Psychotherapist. She has appeared in the Manchester Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals for 2005.
