Previously, as Director of Organization Development at MTV Networks and as an Internal Consultant at The New York Times she led a broad range of organizational development initiatives. She coached key senior executives and used a variety of creative solutions to help maximize their leadership effectiveness.
Throughout her career Beth has implemented successful diversity initiatives. A certified facilitator for the Anti Defamation League she understands the unique challenges diversity brings to organizations. While at MTV Networks she played a key role in the introduction of diversity and inclusion into the organization. In addition she was a founding member of the corporate Diversity Council.
Beth’s hands-on business experience, paired with her engaging style, has enabled her to partner with executives and develop solutions to some of the most complex business challenges facing leaders today.
Beth holds a Master of Arts degree in Adult Education from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
