Jayne Ryan

Since 1986, Jayne Ryan has assisted individuals, teams and companies to achieve excellence. As a consultant, coach and facilitator, Jayne has provided a full range of services for middle market and multi-national companies including: problems of start-up, merger, acquisition and divestiture; individual coaching and training; team facilitation and team building; staffing; culture and workforce diversity.

Mrs. Ryan has facilitated numerous organizational change and development programs around the world, including the Far East, Eastern and Western Europe, and Latin America. She has worked with teams off-site to establish business strategies, set objectives, improve teamwork and increase collaboration. As a trainer and designer, Jayne has led learning programs on a wide range of topics including leadership, managing in a changing environment, identifying and retaining of key staff, creating respectful working environments, performance management, competency based interviewing and selection, and understanding cultural and gender differences.

As an internal Human Resource Executive for several organizations, Jayne has had full responsibility for the design and implementation of all employee relations programs--including recruitment, benefits, compensation, policies and procedures and affirmative action. She also provided management and organizational development programs for companies facing transition and provided individual career counseling to senior executives.

Mrs. Ryan was also employed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance for the United States Government, and was selected to serve as a special consultant to Governor Richard A. Snelling (R-VT) to study the organization of the Executive branch of Vermont State Government. She has a B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles and is fluent in Spanish.
