Mr. Polsky is an entrepreneur who, after a career in the financial services, healthcare, and consumer-electronics industries, launched and managed two successful businesses. Lawrence built a gourmet organic food-service business and then an OD & training business.
His experience includes:
- 15 years experience in OD & Learning, including teaching more than 3,700 professionals around the world in US, Canada, UK, Europe and Asia.
- Pioneer in the business application of Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence research based on post graduate work at the Institute of Human Development under the direction of Dr. Wilson Tilley.
- A Masters in Organization Development with NTL Institute, the nation’s leading program on experiential learning.
Since 1993, Lawrence has assisted dozens of organizations as a consultant, coach, and trainer in the areas of leadership, teams and change.
Lawrence has extensive experience coaching and training technical professionals. Prior to his work in OD, Lawrence spent 4 years in Information Technology. Starting at Ernst & Young at the help desk, he worked his way up to programmer & consultant. He designed and developed PC based database systems and was also a Novell certified LAN administrator.
