As part of a team building retreat, or as its own event, we work with your team to create your own professional song. Wayne Cohen, a multi-platinum songwriter, will assist with your creation of a professional produced song.

How it Works

• Your team picks from the 12 team songs to work on. Each song has a chorus with a different theme. Each song has a different musical style
• Your team is guided in writing song lyrics that capture the strengths, challenges, and spirit of the team
• While working together, your team learns about the keys to effective collaboration
• Next, the team sings their song
• The session culminates with a performance by the visiting artist of the song composed by the participants
• After the workshop, participants receive a copy of a professionally produced version of their song as an MP3 file
