Our Change Optimization process is based on 20+ years of experience leading, participating in and consulting to teams within multi-national corporations. We start with a tailored evaluation of Team Maturity and Change Readiness. This is done through interviews and/or a on-line diagnostic tool. The results inform Team Leaders about team strengths, weaknesses and specific, actionable data on how to improve performance.

Virtual Teams create a unique challenge for leaders. Issues for leaders include the 'out of sight, out of mind' factor; cross cultural communication; and using technology effectively. Our consulting and training programs address these challenges.

• The session culminates with a performance by a visiting artist of the song composed by the participants
• After the workshop, participants receive a copy of a professionally produced version of their song as an MP3 file
